Notes on membership grades
1)All ages are calculated as at 1st April
2)Parents of under-12s must also join, as a House Guardian or other grade
3)For two adults living at the same address
4)For two adults and any number of children under 18 years
5)House Members are permitted to play a maximum of 10 times per year
6)For over-18s in local full-time education
7)House Guardian is a non-playing membership
8)Holiday members must live more than 20 miles from the club during term-time
9)County members must live more than 20 miles from the club

Payment Options
Annual cheque for full amount due on or before 1st of April
Two cheques each for half of full amount due on or before 1st of April and 1st of October
Monthly payments by standing order due on or before the 1st of each month from April onwards.

When joining after the start of the club year (April), fees will be charged for the remaining months of the year.

Paying your Blundellsands Lawn Tennis Club membership by Standing order
By paying your membership by standing order you agree to the following:
1. Only annual membership fees over £100.00 will be allowed to be paid by standing orders. (Cumulative memberships within one family shall be allowed over f 100.00)
2. Your joining fee will be paid in advance by cash or cheque.
3. You will pay a monthly standing order for a minimum period of twelve months from your first payment.
4. Should you wish to terminate your membership after the initial period of twelve months, you must give three months notice in writing to the membership secretary. who will inform you when your final standing order payment date will be.
5. Should a monthly standing order not be received by BLTC for any reason, a further joining fee shall be payable to the Club.
6. All access keys to the Club remain the property of Blundellsands Lawn Tennis Club, and must be returned should membership be terminated. If lost, replacement keys will be charged for at the rate of £8 per key.
